Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

At Kristie’s Dough Delights, every order is baked fresh in small batches with care and attention to quality. Because all items are made to order, we have the following refund and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as your order may already be in preparation.

Custom Orders

  • Custom cookie and cake pop orders require advance preparation.

  • Once a custom order is confirmed and work has begun, it is non-refundable.

  • Changes to design or quantity must be requested at least 5 days before pickup and are subject to availability.

Refunds for Quality Issues

Your satisfaction is important. If there is a problem with your order:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

  • A photo of the product may be required.

  • If an issue is verified, we may offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A partial or full refund at our discretion.

Pickup Responsibility

  • Once an order has been picked up, Kristie’s Dough Delights is not responsible for damage, improper storage, or handling.
