By placing an order with Kristie’s Dough Delights, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Home-Based Cottage Food Operation

Kristie’s Dough Delights is a home-based cottage food business operating under North Carolina law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.

This product is home-produced and not inspected by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.

Ordering

Orders are placed through the website or approved communication channels.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Pickup Policy

All orders are local pickup only.
Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time.

If an order is not picked up:

We will attempt to contact you.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded.
No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

Custom Orders

Custom designs require advance notice.
Design changes must be requested at least 5 days before pickup.
Custom orders are non-refundable once preparation begins.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
If there is a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours with a photo.
Approved issues may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products may contain or come into contact with:

Wheat
Eggs
Milk
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts

Kristie’s Dough Delights is not an allergen-free kitchen.

Product Appearance

All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, and decoration are normal and part of the custom baking process.

Thank you for choosing Kristie’s Dough Delights for your special occasion.

Order Minimums

Custom cutout cookies: Minimum order may apply.
Cake pops: Sold by the dozen unless otherwise stated.

Advance Notice

Standard custom orders: 1–2 weeks’ notice
Large or detailed orders: 2–3 weeks’ notice

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional fee.

Design Process

Colors, themes, and inspiration photos are welcome.
Final designs are at the baker’s discretion while staying true to your theme.
Minor variations are normal with handmade items.

Changes & Cancellations

Design or quantity changes must be made 5 days before pickup.
Custom orders are non-refundable once work begins.
